System is dynamic but can be forced to transition into cloudy or fair conditions. It will always rain after a blowout as that is the realistic occurrence, it will transition to cloudy or fair if selected.

Auto Adjust levels
Some levels do not have good occlusion files (.HOM) and need to have certain settings reduced. This will automatically set them on level load restricted to your settings in the modders script.
Replace the Bar and Military Base chatter with music from the ZRN (Zone Radio Network) when disabled.
